All our heat treatment furnaces at all the locations are integrated with industrial control system SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition). SCADA is most advanced state-of-the-art control system allowing real-time heat treatment cycle monitoring by process engineers helping keep process within defined limits.
Apart from legacy controllers Yokogawa, Eurotherm, Siemens, most of our facilities have started using automatic visual controllers from Stange Elektronik, GmbH, Germany.
